President 2012 ???

I know that's really looking far ahead and at this date may seem a useless exercise. However, today I ran across something that excited me. Gary Johnson, a former NM Governor, may be considering a run at the presidency. I believe he is the best governor NM has had in the 25 years we've lived here, maybe longer.

He's a libertarian republican. The first governor of NM to be elected for two consecutive 4 year terms; that in a state that is Democrat 2 to 1 (or more).

I'll have to read up on him, Don.  At this point, I am really hoping that Obama has made enough people mad to have a backlash in the next election.  Of course, so much damage is already done...

Just because the Mayan calander ends in 2012, does not mean the world ends. Maybe they just ran out of room and that was the last year they could fit on the stone? PLUS! I could go on and on how it is not really 2009 years AD.

But...But....it ended in 2000, and it's due to end again in 2010. Pretty soon people are gonna get tired of reruns.
