One Billion

Interesting number, isn't it. A thousand million. The kinds of things our Gov't and Wall Street seem to have an affection for. It was in the news in a different light today..........the number of people that go hungry everyday on this planet...most being children.

Nearly one in six going without the very basic stuff...

I was going to rant about all of the ills of ....the ......world......but, I changed my mind

You just made me hungry, Sparks.  think I'll have me a nice Salisbury Steak.... but yes

you are right... and there are tons of hungry children right here in the US in fact a friend (bro in laws dad) grows vegetables and sells them at ridiculously cheap prices just so families around him may be able to afford some extra good nutrition.

I'm very thankful that I can provide for my family.

And at the same time I am aghast at what is happening in this world

'Through the eyes of a child'............can't we see??
