1: Poor training. He had his finger on the trigger as he holstered his weapon.
2: Poor management and population control.

4: They aren't armed. It appears he was retrieving his weapon from a locked cabinet.

8: That's where his brain is located and he had a splitting headache from the sound of the pistol going off. Several inches of burned skin.
9: They were too busy helping the guy who actually got shot by the USM.

Obviously he had his finger on the trigger as he holstered his weapon. Lesson learned. Then he walked away from a loaded weapon within easy reach of a line of detainees and that's inexcusable. This guy should be fired.

I don't think he should even be working where his only responsibility is asking "Do you want fries with that?"

I wanted to laugh at him, but this is who "protects" us, and that's disturbing.
