NM,

Not just the republican party, the entire congress should be replaced. How do we expect any real changes to be made when the same people continue to populate the halls of the capital building?

MountainDon

Well, for me, given my beliefs about what government should and should not do, and given the choice of the two major parties, I'd be very happy with seeing the Republican party reorganized and reinvigorated back to it's roots.
Just because something has been done and has not failed, doesn't mean it is good design.

I think you guys are missing the point.  The choices you are given are not to fix anything... they are just offered to you to make you think you had a choice.

The two parties are just to generate the illusion of choice and difference.  The direction from above - CFR - Tri-lateral - Bilderberger etc. will still be the same -- the sheeple just need to be pacified so they will continue to produce meat.

Look how fast the old Clinton admin. along with added nasties was put back in.  The government is already scripted.  The choices are made.  The elite already know what is going to happen for the most part as they push their way toward destruction for the US and the creation of one world government to solve the problems of the world.

The US is not meant to be fixed.  It is meant to be broken and replaced with a new solution.

Until the big break, I am okay with the illusion that conservative Republicans are in control.  I'm not okay with the illusion that liberal democrats are in control.

On a side note.

I was just hear talking to Hog about the lack of coverage from the news media on yesterdays events. These events were big. It was also noted in our conversation that the media did not even cover Ron Paul in last years elections and yet in some states (like California) he has 8-10% of the primary vote. Ron Paul got his base pulled together via the internet. Also that in the past month or so a few long time newspapers have folded, due to the internet.

Maybe the media is not covering these type of events because the writing is on the wall for them. They are losing their control/power and eventually will become obsolete

I like how the reporter tells the woman to not be so antagonistic, even after the reporter went on the air stating this is "...obviously anti-government, anti-CNN since this is highly promoted by the right wing, conservative network FOX." Nothing antagonistic about that, or when she walked up to the one man saying "Ok, let's see, you're here with your two year old and you're already in debt." Yup, perfect example of clear, unbiased "reporting" going on by this chick.

Exactly on target Glenn

I the latest GEAB report is to be believed the US will be insolvent by the end of the summer 2009

here is the non-subscriber site

China is already dumping dollars and cutting way back on treasuries

the deficit is already at $ 200 Billion for 2009

and the only choice will soon be for the Fed to 'buy' its own bonds

hyperinflation here we come

Just as planned

I think the 'tea parties' were simply a way to gauge public reaction and 'anger'

so they will know how much tear gas and bullets they will have to buy for later on when it really hits the fan

The reason the media is not covering these events is because it is mostly owned by the same plutocrats that caused the events they are protesting about.

i agree w/glen's&muldoon's last sentence. it will get very ugly and it is meant to be broken to be replaced by some version of the NWO. so today, i bought a bushmaster version of the m-16 and a remington 870 home protection 12 GA. oh, and one or two rds. of ammo ;D
unless we recognize who's really in charge, things aren't going to get better.

It is truly time to look at our founding documents once again. If we don't know the constitution and the limits to the powers our government has, we will lose the freedoms they bled for and end up with a country worse to us than the British oppressors. I watched the special on HBO: John Adams which inspired me to attend the Annapolis Tea Party in a downpour all day of rain. Along with 1500 fellow Marylanders; we voiced our disdaint of our local and federal government who is beginning to be more and more not for "WE THE PEOPLE" to protect our life liberty and the persuit of happiness. Our local newspaper stated we had only 100 participants and many local tv stations didn't even mention it so whose spin is being spun?
I am not here to bash anyone's else opinions but the people who attended kept repeating their disdaint for what is happening to the future of their country and children's future by massive spending and over taxing. If you want to put your spin and say we were an orgainized group of whatever go ahead. Everyone there no matter what backround or party affiliate had one thing in common; our concern in losing what our founding fathers risk to believe in; a country whose people deserved the liberaties that their God had bestowed to them; life, liberty and persuit of happiness. These courageous people risk everything they had and believed to fulfill that dream for "WE THE PEOPLE".

The Criminals who have taken over our government don't want to be bound by the Constitution, but I agree, we need to see to it that they do...however their intent is to do away with it.

Looks like we have trouble, Frank.  I think they are wanting to show us the insides of one of the FEMA Camps... [waiting]
