UP on the bar above, where the date and time is. The clock here has not sprung forward. Do I need to manually adjust?

If you go into your profile, look at the left hand sidebar. Find "Look and Layout Preferences" and click on it.

Click on (auto detect) to the right of the Time Offset section. Click the "Change Profile" buttom at page bottom right.

That fixes it, but I don't know why it not not automatically update.

If you are in AZ forget about it.
