Well....not only is the DOW below It's November lows, the S&P has slipped below it also.

Obama was hoping for a Fools Rally this week because of his planned announcements.

Looks like I'm not the only one that thinks he's full of it. We'll see what the market does in a little after he talks. :-\

Today we have been very close the lows from Oct 27, 1997.  7,161.15.  our low today so far was 7188.
