Looks like a fascinating place - thanks for posting tc-vt - lots of work has gone into it - 17,000 sq ft total with geothermal heat & did they say a spring inside?  If I lived in Missouri, I'd love to look at it & would be tempted to buy it - wonder what the downsides are... 

It would be sad if they couldn't keep it, though...

Seems that they got over extended, tied up with the current economical situation. 

Real shame that they may lose their dream . . . Maybe a lesson in there for the rest of us.
    . . . said the focus was safety, not filling town coffers with permit money . . .
