Over the past month or two I believe there's been a changing in the attitude of the employees in some of the stores around here. It's a rather small sampling of stores, Home Depot, Lowe's, Circuit City, Best Buy, Target, Autozone, Sportsman's Warehouse, REI, so maybe is not indicative of everywhere. What I've noticed is more greetings and smiling faces as I enter and walk through the aisles.

I don't think it's because it's the Christmas season. I believe it's more likely the economic downturn has the management impressing the importance of good customer relations in times such as these.

Or maybe I'm just in a good mood?   ??? ???

Just because something has been done and has not failed, doesn't mean it is good design.
