Basalmic Vinegar glaze

Okay... this is one of those things that sound crappy, and they you try it and are amazed.  With the recent recipes popping up, and Thanksgiving around the corner, here is a really easy dessert glaze to try.

equal parts basalmic vinegar and sugar mixed together, with a small amount of salt and pepper. 

That's it.  Pretty tough huh?

Cut up a fruit salad...pears, strawberries, logan berries, whatever.  Put a little whipped cream on top and drizzle the glaze over.  Amazingly good.  We had this at a friend's house the other evening and it was a hit.

Heck, I've never tasted anything with balsamic vinegar that isn't good.
