Within the last 2 months we have doubled our national debt with new liabilities.  RIGHT now they are again trying to pass new legislation and this one is very serious.

Sec. 10. Increase in Statutory Limit on the Public Debt.
Subsection (b) of section 3101 of title 31, United States Code, is amended by striking out the dollar limitation contained in such subsection and inserting in lieu thereof $11,315,000,000,000.

Increase of 1.615 Trillion. its at 11 trillion now, it was at 5 just a few months ago.  Were accelerating so fast right now. 

Sec 2 (3) designating financial institutions as financial agents of the Government, and they shall perform all such reasonable duties related to this Act as financial agents of the Government as may be required of them;"

This makes every bank into a spy for the government.

You bought gold? They report you.
You cash your checks? They report you.
You withdrew $5,000? They report you.

Section 8 is a doozy.
Sec. 8. Review.
Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.

This neuters the supreme court and gives the treasury and federal reserve law of the land.  This is not constitutional in ANY way and is the scariest thing I have every seen.  All you fed haters out there should be terrified today.

The banking industry is attempting to loot this nation, give themselves judicial immunity, and walk away.  They have effectively overthrown the sovereignty of this nation.  This is time to weep for our nation.  It reads like a chapter from Mein Kampt.

I think you're right muldoon. This is a total take over. No review by any court of administrative agency is equal to dictatorship. It's a sad day for America and not a damn thing we can do to stop it. All the calls in the world won't stop this.

The coup has been working for a while - since bushco took office.  The Bush crime family has been ripping off the citizens since forever.  It is just getting deeper.  All Bush has to do is say praise the lord loud enough and half the US unquestioningly follows him.  They just don't realize that he answers to a different lord.

Not trying to bring religion into this -- just showing you where his thought processes come from and how he is fooling those who don't check him out, since religion played a large part on getting him in there.  He played the born again card real hard.  I know there are sincere ones but his actions indicate he is a fake.

Looks like they and the world bankers will soon own everything and we will be going to the Haliburton Concentration Camps when we say we don't like it.  This is no accident.  This was planned.

I just read an article about Daddy Bush having the west set on fire (via arsonists) a few years ago -- notably Blackwater in Poway, CA and more so they could profit off of selling worthless burned public lands.  At the time I heard of the above suspicions (that Blackwater did it as they wanted the land -- Poway resisted) - then it was confirmed in another story.  I don't know how much credibility to give it but it fits in with the things predicted by Al Martin USN Ret. before shrub took office.

Notify Congress -- maybe worth a try but likely they have worked it out to profit from it personally also.

Sept. 19 (Bloomberg) — The market storm that brought down Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., American International Group Inc. and other pillars of U.S. finance may have also blown holes in the portfolios of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senator John Kerry and more than 50 other members of Congress.



Pelosi, in her most recent financial disclosure form, reported that her husband owned between $250,000 and $500,000 of stock in AIG, which ceded majority control to the U.S. government this week in exchange for $85 billion of loans.

Kerry, the 2004 Democratic presidential nominee, disclosed that his wife, Teresa Heinz Kerry, had more than $2 million of AIG stock at the end of 2007, when shares were worth $58.30. AIG has fallen 85 percent this week to close yesterday at $2.69. The lawmakers' aides didn't respond to calls seeking comment.

Altogether, 56 senators and representatives had stakes in AIG, Lehman, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Bear Stearns Cos. or IndyMac Bancorp Inc. — some of the biggest casualties of the market bloodbath — according to the Center for Responsive Politics. The most recent annual disclosure filings list investments as of Dec. 31, 2007, and reveal the size of holdings only within a range of values. Lawmakers may have sold shares since then.

``Lawmakers, like everyone else in America who has any kind of retirement portfolio or stock holdings, are going to be suffering, said Gary Kalman, a lobbyist for the Boston-based U.S. Public Interest Research Group, a consumer-advocacy organization. ``This is a serious issue.
