I often read the English version of Pravda or Iraqwar.ru to see what the other side of the world is saying.  US MSM can't be trusted.

Lately all of the Russian sites have been blocked.

Must mean the dick heads in DC are up to no good.

I went through a Canadian Proxy and got right through.

America -- land of the free.  Yah - right.  :(

Choose a proxy from here - I used Hide My Stuff  - paste the blocked link into it to see that it is still operational.

and original US blocked site.  http://english.pravda.ru/

I got thru early this AM but was in too much of a rush to comment. Now I'm watching the plumber repair the drywall.

Connected with no problem.

Sorry dudes -- the black choppers still have us nailed -- both Sassy and I.

Tried IE and Opera also.

Thanks for the replies --- must now begin checking over my shoulder....  [scared]

I can still get through with a proxy.  I'll have to call my ISP to see if they are blocking it.  Russia is a big source of spam but you wouldn't think they would block the whole country. d*

With Spanish becoming the official language of the US, John, Stink was thinking that I was supposed to be using it to access the web.

I am still blocked -haven't called STI yet.  (My ISP)

I hope it never comes to that. Shoot I haven't mastered English totally.

Ask Sassy how much she likes to hear the option to talk in Spanish on a phone message. rofl

John I thought judging from your avatar you were probably a igpa atinla guy.
I have done so much with so little for so long that today I can do almost anything with absolutely nothing.

Oh that is funny!

glenn kangiser

I don't know why but I have been removed from the censorship list.

The sites are back up now. d*

Hmmmmm, ya know the alt F4 function is not advantageous option. :heh

I just tried it but it only wanted to close my Firefox --- which lately seems to have become the buggiest computer browser ever -- the more they update and improve it the worse it gets.  I suppose it doesn't matter that I want to run about 30 open tabs.

I tried that on IE though and it crashed before it opened - so I guess I shouldn't complain.

Re: Firefox.... I've never had problems I could blame on Firefox. We run it on 3 computers. EWven when I open a plethora of tabs the only downside I note is the extra load, the slowdown, on the DSL when having to open many pages that happen to have lots of image files.

We're running V. 3.0.1
