I'll bet the title got the moderators attention ;D

Well Gee! They've come up with yet another rule, against naked short sellers. Add that to the list of rules the SEC won't enforce. >:(

The Hedges are already crying on CNN.....But, but, everyone knows we don't do it rofl

I just can't wait until tomorrows episode.  c*

I'd note what Cox said specifically.  No naked shorts on fanny, freedy or the primary dealers.  Seems this is only for the financials. and its only good for 30 days.

This is an attempt to force the shorts out.  Wont matter, look at China.  You cant go short in that market at all, no such thing.  Seems they cant stop people from SELLING, and they wont here either.
