Cost Per Square Foot?

I have finally gotten started painting.

I did pay for drywall hanging and finishing.

We did everything else ourselves with some help from friends.

The budget is GREAT!  We will be complete for less than $28 per sq ft.

848 sq ft for under 22K. 

I will be glad when it's done!

What did that sq ft price include? Plumbing, electrical, insulation ect? Around here when your selling they figure the sq ft cost to include the land. At that rate mine comes to around $6.50 a sq ft including the land. Mark

I have owned the land for years.  The utilities were already in place.

The cabin has vinyl siding, shingle roof, pella windows, carpet, drywall, oak cabinets and oak trim, central air.

The $28 per foot is for the building complete.
