New Guy

Hello all:
I am a granite/stone fabricator and general handy man with lots of time doing trim carpentry and and such.
I am currently building a 10X14 home office with a club house for my kids on top.  I found you guys becuase a group of friends (5 of us) are all building homes in the next two years and we are working to build each others.  The first one is underway we just finished the first floor framing (now it is not small it is 3600 sqft. )
anyways, we will be starting mine next and we where going to add an inlaw suit and then began thinking about having a detatched garage for that purpose, but now have decided to build a 600 sqft one floor home beside the one we will build we will have a $20000 budget and know i can do it for that with nice features as well.  So it is exciting!
I was looking for small home plans for that, and I found you guys and am really excited about what you guys are doing here.  So Here I am and looking forward to seeing and hearing about what you guys are doing.

 w*Noel.   Lots of info that may help you.  If you have the time you might check on some of the earlier threads.  If not just ask. I am sure you will get an answer.  Might not always be what you want to hear but everything will be helpful.
