Drawing software

Has anyone used Design Workshop Lite?  I hope this is not spam.  I used the free download to draw the plans for the shed I intend to build.  There's a learning curve, but after playing with it for a while, you can really produce some neat drawings, like this one.

You can find the program with a simple Google search.  These aren't the final plans, by the way, still some braces and blocking to do.  Also the program only lets you save 100 solid pieces per drawing.  It's been a lot of fun.

Perfectly legitimate topic. We would all love to find an easy to use, accurate and relatively inexpensive design and drafting program - so far I've not found anything that comes close.

When it does arrive we will be able to share, critique and build on each other's designs.

I've used that software.  It's cumbersome and buggy.  I think it's a 16 bit app.  if I remember correctly.  But, it is powerful.  If you put some time into learning how to use it correctly from the cryptic help file, It does the trick.  Decent lighting effects and 3d rendering too.

I did my site plan for my building permit application with it.
