Overhang drawing for porch

I am building a back porch overhang for a friend.

It will be either coated steel or aluminum.

(Would rain hitting either material be very loud ?)

I would like a simple drawing of an overhang so I can add on the dimensions so it looks neat.

Does someone know where I could get a drawing ?

Just google it.  Here are some but may not be specific to what you want.  And yes it is noisy when it rains if there is no ceiling or insulation and even then the rain can be heard.

There are lots of folks who love the sound of rain on a metal roof, and on a porch where you are sitting secure and out of the rain it can be soothing.
