Out Smart ^ssed in Home Depot

I added the GoProHD2 to my assortment of cameras and needed a new case. I have half a dozen GoPro's, mounts, harnesses, accessories and such and had just outgrown the old case.

I took my old case in to make sure the cameras would fit in the one I was looking at and they did...sooo, off to the check out  line.

The Lady working was a couple of years older than I am (Makes her late 60's) and looked like a retried school teacher or librarian. She was very poised and well spoken and asked how I was.

I told her my back was bothering me and my knee I'd broken years ago was hurting (My wife was moving away with the "Who is that man" look)...I told her the prunes weren't working well anymore and I was considering something stronger and my arthritis was worse this time of year. It didn't phase the woman who just rang things up without any change of expression.

Then she looked at the GoPro Case and asked if that was mine.
I said "Yes it is. I'm a hemophiliac and I keep a tank and pump in case I cut myself. I can capture the blood and recirculate it".

No change in expression.

She gave me the total and I handed her cash which she counted and handed me the change.

Then she looked at my wife and asked "Can he have a lollipop or would a Home Depot Coloring book be better?"

I had met the better man
