What I've been up to...

Here are some pics of the kitchen cabinets I've been painting in preparing to sell this place. They were just the standard oak builderr's cabinets-standard issue, in this development.  Probably 90% of the houses here have them. This is my attempt at the WOW   factor.  The red isn't quite as red as it looks, more Mahogany.  In our other house we bought used cabinets and I painted them- they looked great.  Just an idea that can save a lot of money. the white island is not beadboard, just painted to look like it.

Refinishing ain't one of my favorite tasks.

But it does look nice.  After it's done.
