I have just put all the rafters on my project today and it still seems really "shaky" when I am up on the top plate of the 8' 2x4 walls.(I have all the walls sheathed with plywood)
I can give it a kick up there and it moves a bit.(in the center of the wall)
It has been since high school I did 2x4 construction but is this inherent until I get the roof plywood/sheathing on?
(hoping for a "yes" answer here)

When is it going to get some rigidity?

Any experiences welcome.

As you add more and more mass, your "kick" will yield less and less acceleration.  Plus more and more timbers, and flooring/roofing will add more connections that resist flexing.

Yup it's normal , once the roof is sheathed and the roofing on = weight + insluation = sound deading + sheetrock= more weight + siding = more sound deading = etc etc etc . No worries mate  ;)
When in doubt , build it stout with something you know about .
