If you ordered a PDF plan, you can expect to receive it within 24 hours (often within only a few hours) at the email address you provided to PayPal

If you don’t see the PDF order in 24 hours please check your spam. Orders typically are emailed from our [email protected] email account

If you ordered a print copy, it should ship out in 1-2 business days to the address provided to PayPal. We’ll let you know when it ships and send you the tracking info
