Has anyone heard about these EnviroSeptic systems?

We are looking at a cabin tomorrow night (to purchase rather than build).
The paperwork shows that they installed an EnviroSeptic system in 2013 for a cost of $15,000.
I decided to read up and say this which scares me a bit.

Anybody know more about these?

The documentation also mentions BioNest which talks about a completely different system... I'll have to wait to ask more questions tomorrow.

In the area where I live there are a lot of house lots that have land that doesn't pass a percolation test.  Their only option is to install an "active septic system".  That is what they were called 20 years ago, but looking on Google it appears the term is "aerobic septic system".  My concern at the time was the potential maintenance issues, and that is probably borne out in some cases.  This article may shed some light on potential concerns: http://inspectapedia.com/septic/Aerobic_Septic_Failures.php

If this is the Enviro Septic by Presby, this is popular in NH.  Many designers use it since it allows you to shrink the size of the leach field down from a traditional pipe and stone system.  You might call a designer around where you are and get their take on them.  Or call Presby directly and see what they tell you...
