[cool]  I was looking at my old compress the other day and thought nope don't think so.  Might do it now, but it isn't 220 but doesn't have a lot of hours on it.  It is mostly regulator issues with it......... leaks like a sieve!

Thanks putting together some better tools to build the house  rofl if that ever happens.  I think we are stuck in the fifth wheel up here or go back to the valley and live there.  We have all kinds of money available down there.  Pretty dry $$$ up here.  Banks don't like it - It is either small cabins or $1,000,000 plus houses nothing in the 2,000 sq ft range that has sold in years and years.  So no comps - no comps - no market - no market - no lend.  No sales because those houses up here are either not here or passed down in the family.  We have one last hope and we are waiting it out.....

Actually, it's kind of like that here.  $400,000 - $700,000 Mcmansion ski homes or the old-school A-frame with an outhouse.  We had to jump through lots of hoops with this land; variances, a questionable entrance permit (driveway), an encroachment issue...etc.  Hope it works out for you.  It's good you're getting your tools together.  And study, study, study.
