Good news, but they can always go back to the drawing board and draft the same law but make it applicable to all ammo.  


Pardon me, that's my severe pessimist side speaking.  Nothing is beyond belief when it comes to those who wish to get rid of guns.   >:(


More of a current worry though would be the Arms Trade Treaty which is a UN item coming up for discussion very soon. The Obama administration looks favorably on it.
Just because something has been done and has not failed, doesn't mean it is good design.
