Or, at least that's what the web-site says.

Sounds pretty interesting, though.  This uses snow-melt for a lot--if not all--of its water.

And, I hate to say it, but 80k doesn't sound that unreasonable.

Of course by the time they figured out how to get everything to the site it might have been 200k.  Or maybe there problems with building a house in Washington that is designed by a Brooklyn based architect for a Texas based (corporate) client.
