I just started another set of cabinets for another of my parents rent houses. The woman who lives in the house has been there for about 25 years, half my life. She's around 67 and widowed. Her kids have grown and gone; closest one is an hour and a half away. She's a real nice woman. She retired in Jan after 35 years and had big plans. Last week she went in for an MRI on her shoulder because it wouldn't stop hurting.... Old age, she thought.... Yesterday, she was told she had a mass, tumor, in her lung. The Dr. "thinks" it's cancer. More to follow.....

The cabinets aren't as important today as they were last week..........

This is one reason why there has to be more to life than work.

When in doubt , build it stout with something you know about .

Yep. Some worse than others, but they all suck.
Just because something has been done and has not failed, doesn't mean it is good design.
