Has anyone here built in Gwinnett, Hall, or Clarke counties in GA?

Just curious if any of y'all have constructed cabins in Gwinnett, Hall, or Clarke counties here is Georgia? I would like to adapt the 20x30 cabin design into a carriage house either on a level lot or with a partial basement.

I've seen some lots in the Lake Lanier area that would be affordable to me so this is a desired area, it would also be within a reasonable drive to my job.
