5 years with a Harmon PF-100 pellet furnace

Question - I'm looking at that specific Pellet Furnace as I live about 15 miles from town and bought my house with all baseboard heating.  I have 2 6x6 cold rooms that are concrete floor and ceiling and cinder block walls on 3 sides with the fourth open.  The websites do not give a good idea what the true size of the unit is, or the floor space required. 

For those of you who have one, what are the  dimensions like?
