That's a beautiful part of the country, but it will never sell at that price.  If it had 100 acres with it, it would be closer to worth the price.

the house is nice but not perfect IMO

I liked the garden and green house -- looked very practical

they put major money into the solar setup with trackers even

Looks like it started at 500K and is now for sale for 425K

Sounds like this guy is making a killing if he already dropped 75K off the price!
