16ft Victorian change.making it wider?

This is probably a very simple question....and my husband may know the answer but I figured i would ask here.  We are thinking about building the Victorian, but are wondering if we can expand it a few feet so that we can make a two car garage underneath it. Is this possible to do? Basically pulling the side out to where the bump out is for the kitchen?
