I want to monitor a specific web page for key words, and have it send me an email if these word(s) appear. 

Any idea how to best implement this?

Do you have a webserver or proxy server? 

Certain routers also have the capability.  I'll ask the IT wizard at the office in the morning.
New Mexico.  Better than regular Mexico.
