Survey: Value of Smart Home Services (University of Stuttgart)

Dear Country Plans Community,


my name is Tobias and I'm studying business administration at the University of Stuttgart, Germany.

We are investigating a so far scarcely treated research topic and therefore need your help:

We aim to understand the customers' use value perceptions of Smart Home Services. In other words we want to figure out which benefits these digital services really have. Home automation/connection also works for small homes and cabines, so I'm hopefully not completly missplaced here (otherwise, dear admin, please move this thread to the off-topic section;))

Our example is a "Cam & Keyless" service. Therefore we ask you, to sort eight different variants of "Cam & Keyless " by your personal value perception. Please note, that these variants are only examples and not conntected to any brand. We do not pursue commercial interests and we are not a market research institute.
