bacon cupcakes

I made these this morning for the kiddos before school.  Thought I would share the goodness. 

fry up some bacon until mostly done


put the bacon in a ring in the cupcake pan


add an egg


cheese, broken up tater tots, some salsa, whatever you got... 


in the over for 15 minutes at 400

Man those look good... Simple too. Bet even I could figure it out after a couple tries..

We're having company next week - think I'll make that for breakfast one morning - thanks for the idea, Muldoon - they look delicious!
