I started building the road several weeks ago and yesterday I ordered the plans. I'm, going to use the Basic 20x30 and elongate it, add porch overhangs, and make a 60 or 70 foot building 20 feet wide with one bedroom and bath and kitchen and a BIG great room.
I plan on having a loft over the Kitchen/bath/bedroom/ with a balcony looking over the great room.

The ceilings past the loft will be open with beams.

I made a really rough picture of the outside of the elongated 20X30 using photoshop and pictures from the gallery.
