Right expensive, and not all that new (2003), but....

Built by Hand by the Steens and Eiko Komatsu with photos by Yoshio Komatsu

Absolutely wonderful pictures of, especially, earthen buildings around the world.

Although the Lloyd Kahn--Home Work--book is about as wonderful.
