Another source of small cabin and cottage plans.

The only one I really liked is virtually the same size as John's "Builder's Cottage":

"The Malina" 25'-6" x 14'-0" (plus porch). (My Builder's Cottage will look a lot like this - and I can see how to gain access to the lower level from the inside!)

Decent interior layout that could easily fit into a "Builder's Cottage" shell, but there's no access to the lowest level and no convenient way to add one without going outside the footprint or modifying the layout shown that i can see.

Only 3 tiny house plans offered on the site. One is just a sleeping cabin and the other is probably like John's "Victoria's Studio" (21'-6" x 15'6" on a 20' x 14' foundation). Too small for full time living IMO.
