Looking for idea's and help

I think ive decided to build a cheap 24x20 house and add on later after done with it.. its a 24x20, 480 square feet

-Looking for kitchen with full size fridge, stove/range, dishwasher over looking the living room maybe with a island or bar.

-Would like small bathroom with eithier seprate washer room for inside bathroom want to be able to hide them with sliding doors (not looking for stackable)

-bedroom can eithier have bathroom in it or not, looking for atleast 10x12 12x14 is plus want room for queen size bed atleast haha.

Any help would be nice

I would suggest John's 20x30 single story plans then and shorten it to your 24' combining the living room, kitchen and dining room into a rather open floor plan.  This is easy to do with this plan - reasonable priced and probably the easiest way you will find to do it.
