This guy is looking at this from a PAHS/AGS position--site is [b]The Self-Heating House (including cooling, of course)[/b]  But the charts in Climatic Zones H and C--at the moment O is mostly duplicate, not all, though--are pretty interesting for anyone planning to move somewhere in the unending search for cheap land.
