Anyone seen these things before

I was watching this window install video and saw these great little plastic corners.

They look pretty neat,  but I've never seen them anywhere and I can't find them online.

Anyone have a clue?

It can speed up things for a novice installer. Lord knows it took me a while using just the self stick material.  I followed the instructions from the manufacturer, Grace Construction Products, makers of vycor, one of the originals.

Just because something has been done and has not failed, doesn't mean it is good design.

I'm in the process of rebuilding the better part of a wall because of the lack of flashing from the original installer.  Not bad flashing , no flashing.  Siding,  studs,  sill plate,  rim joist, sub floor,   all have to be replaced.

These look like they'll make those difficult corners a little easier.

Give me a place to stand and a lever long enough,  and I will move the world.
