It's a little more than I expected but not out of line.
I will be ordering it up in February for delivery in March, then I get to haul it out to the site by snowmobile.
For all my lumber to build my frame and close in the shell I'm looking at about $11K to build up my 24X36 1/2 loft cabin.
I have a good door already but windows won't be ordered until the shell is up.

The most expensive items are the I-Joists. Looking at $3K for those.   

Going to take a few weeks vacation this summer to work full time on the project.
Hopefully it doesn't kill me before I get the job done.
