Any house built in urban area

Hi,

I'm just wondering if anyone has built a house using plans from this site in a urban area and gave an exterior look more seen in the city ie. stone, brick, canexel... I find that the house 20' X 30' (20' X 40') 2 story is perfect for those small city lot. Thanks
