anchoring the walls in 14x24 builders

Thought I asked this earlier but seems I might have failed to hit submit.

I can't seem to find a reference to anchoring the walls on a wood floor and my memory has long since faded.

I'm thinking that 16d nails might not be enough.  Is this supposed to be bolted?

16D every 16". Nail to the rim/band joist and/or the floor joists themselves.
