It was a long day. The story doesn't tell about some encounters with the MMM's during their demonstration...They said some things that hurt my tender feelings

and their security person (I think it was a man) Complained to the Capitol Police that he was afraid to come near me

. And someone

swapped a MMM's Sign that said "background checks save lives" for one that said "Bake sale" :)and she didn't see the change until CNN had taken her picture

All in a days work.

I read someplace that you've got a legislator there who wants to ban truck "nuts".

I think he's a nut himself.

Every year one of the idiots comes up with something! Elevators were packed today and I got on with a bunch of Doctors that were going to testify for a bill that would ban all smoking except in in your own home. My wife about broke my ribs jabbing me! $:-\$

Between that and the Gonad bill......I have to wonder

I saw about 3 seconds of the MMM on their backs on the grass on the news. Didn't see any baked goodies tho.
