I have built the post and beam foundation for the universal cottage at 20'x40'. I will install the sub floor within the next two weeks.
But. . Now I think I want to build the 1-1/2 story cottage. Are the two plans compatible as far as the foundation?
 
The hardest part is getting past the mental blocks about what you are capable of doing.

Yes, the loads will be less than the Univeral plan but that will not be a problem.
None of us are as smart as all of us.
