Prefab 24x40

Looking at building in Colorado,considering a 24x40 prefab with loft, basement/garage. What are the pros and cons of prefabs? Would sub out concrete work, but erect the wall panels myself. Probably also sub out roof. With short construction season in the mountains I would need to get it dried in as quick as possible.
