CALC: Water Altitude Boiling Point Calculator

Hard to say where this should go.   Everyone likely knows that water boils at lower temperatures as altitude increases. But perhaps not everyone knows just what the decease in the temperature amounts to. Now there is no excuse to remain uninformed.

Water Altitude Boiling Point Calculator is a website that will take altitude input and calcuate the temperature of water boiled at that altitude. It will also do the same for barometric pressures. So if you're sitting there watching the barometer drop as the hurricane approaches you can make adjustments to your cook times.  ;)

This came about as a side to a discussion elsewhere on the proper brewing of coffee. 195 to 205 degrees is the temperature range that provides for best coffee. At 8800 feet at the cabin we can just make that.  Enjoy!  :D
