More land = fewer potential neighbors.

We've been mulling this over for some time and since attempts to cajole people we knew to buy the land next to us we decided the smartest thing we could do was to buy it ourselves. Now it's back to the 'clean up game'

I sure wish we would have done the same thing some time ago up where our ranch is at. d*  [frus]

I could have gotten a 40 acre piece next to us for almost nothing.  At the time like ten thousand.  We did not do that.  We were thinking just more fence to fix and keep up.   [noidea'   

I never had a neighbor experience until this one came along.  Then wow! >:(

You can not prevent them all the time but distance is golden in some cases. :-X
