Federal and State governments do not have the legal authority to levy taxes or interfere with travel or private enterprise by requiring licenses or regulating activity or conduct.

So I passed the quizzes.  :-/
But I'm not sure what it's worth since some of the questions were no-brainers...

What does it mean to 'stay alert?'
a. staying awake most of the night
b. questioning all of your neighbors
c. being aware of your surroundings
d. drinking a lot of caffeine
Just because something has been done and has not failed, doesn't mean it is good design.
