I'm a disbeliever.

I've shot nails at walls and never had any stick point first. It's a good fake, IMO. I'd like to see how they made that work.

At the very end it appears that nails keep "arriving" at the board after the guy has finished.   ???
Just because something has been done and has not failed, doesn't mean it is good design.

Yeah, I don't think it's real either - He seems to look away at a couple points while still making good "hits" and there are a couple spots that look like he's putting nails in spots he's not aiming at.

But I would like to know how they managed to make it look like he was doing it.

If you read the comments under the video, it talks about it being bogus.  Note that nails appear in the art in areas that he is not pointing the gun at.

Maybe it depends on the gun.  I had one stuck in my back - point first into the right shoulder blade. [ouch]
