I  found this on another forum cool looking house the web site is http://www.fsec.ucf.edu/pubs/homedesigns/affordable.htm also has cracker houses

nice looking.  I love balconies and porches.

It truly does contain one of my "forget it" features, though.

(I was most impressed the time I went to my cousin's best friend's (sister's actually) house.  The dining room had been converted into a bedroom because their father had had a stroke, and could semi get around if he didn't have to climb stairs.   Bathing was difficult for him because the full only bath was on the second floor.  Since then I've had a broken leg, not to mention gotten quite a lot older.)
