20X30 with hip roof

I am interested in building this out on some land I purchased a while back.  How hard would it be to modify the plans for a hipped roof? I am a complete newb when it comes to home building but have a strong drive to get this done and also work in the construction field as an electrician (commercial/industrial) so I am used to working with my hands.  Thanks for the help.
